Все почалося з того, що в невеличкому кафе нашого міста я спробувала справжні хінкалі. Тонке тісто, соковита начинка — це було закоханість з першого погляду. Вдома я загорілась ідеєю, що обов'язково навчуся робити їх власноруч.
